My name is bill Meredith and in the late nineteen eighties I was working with a comedy show band called saffron show group. where we travelled all over Europe and the Mediterranean, mainly working for British forces and doing corperate events. Along the way I encountered many agents and managers I eventually thought to myself that I should be doing this job instead of the job I was doing with saffron. So in approximately 1991 after a short spell as a top mobile dj and radio presenter with radio metro, I formed total entertainments uk after approximately a year total entertainments was nearing the top the tree as an agency and management company where I then met my good friend bobby ball and his sons rob and Darren Harper. I managed rob Harper as a comedy vocalist before bobby asked me to join the company at European artistes management in Rochdale. where I continued to managed rob Harper as a comedy vocalist (bobby’s son) and Darren Harper Hitchcock railway and the kid witch were a top selling pop band (bobby’s other son). As well as showwaddywaddy and the Krankies and many other top comedians. Bobby ball was one of the partners at European artistes management along with myself and tony Hayes. After working there for many years with bobby and tony in 1997 I suffered two strokes so I retired from European artist management and started to do various other things always in and around the entertainment world. But people often suggested that I should start total entertainments back up again. Bobby is still a big part of total entertainments with a lot of input and basically still as a partner as we never parted company as partners i still continue to do a lot of work for bobby ball, rob and Darren Harper known now as the Harper brothers who are a world class comedy duo and I still continued to do work with the krankies etc etc. But at this present moment in time I’ve put all my effort into Pete Brew male vocalist and guitarist along with his full support of bobby and his sons Harper brothers I can still also supply any act for any venue small or large corporate to golf club ect ect. Total entertainment at this present time seems to be going yet again from strength to strength in the entertainments industry many thanks for reading this Bill Meredith.
